La montagne est splendide, les balades vari\u00e9es et sauvages, le coin isol\u00e9 avec une exposition id\u00e9ale question ensoleillement. C'est comme un retour aux sources avec tout le confort! Le chauffage au po\u00eale (pierre olaire) et l'int\u00e9rieur en bois font de ce Mayen un endroit charmant et reposant. La d\u00e9co est simple mais jolie. Les vaches d'H\u00e9rens ne sont pas loin et si l'on a de la chance, les chamois et les cerfs seront au rdv dans cette r\u00e9serve de faune, cela m'est arriv\u00e9 de les voir \u00e0 20 m\u00e8tres de la porte!\r\nLe village d'Evol\u00e8ne (environ 10min en voiture) est typique et convivial et on y mange tr\u00e8s bien (quelques adresses incontournables, dont Chez Raymonde et la Taverne Evolenarde pour ne citer que ces deux). L'architecte devenu le petit \u00e9picier du coin, les boulangeries proposant le fameux pain de seigle valaisan, la petite boutique de laine et autres tissus traditionnels ainsi que l'\u00e9levage de yacks l\u00e0-haut sur la montagne viennent compl\u00e9ter le tableau \u00e0 la perfection.\r\nPour terminer, l'h\u00f4te, Pascal qui a su garder l'esprit du Mayen, est super attentionn\u00e9 et disponible. L'endroit est toujours parfaitement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et je suis \u00e0 chaque fois accueillie avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'humanit\u00e9.
